Taiwanese Company Double Bond Chemical Enters USA Market for Coatings and Plastic Additives

WEST SIMSBURY, Conn., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Joseph Leon, President of Double Bond Chemical Industries USA, Inc., announced today that Double Bond will add the parent company's additives products to its business mix.  "Double Bond Taiwan has an extensive line of additives," said Leon, "most of which are already being used by North American coatings and plastics companies. We look forward to competing on value and pricing."  Sales of DBC's additive products in the U.S. will be handled exclusively by Brenntag Specialties, Inc. of South Plainfield, N.J.  In Canada, the exclusive distributor will be UNIPEX Group with headquarters in Montreal.  Both of these sales rep firms will also stock the Double Bond products.

Brenntag Specialties, Inc. of South Plainfield, N.J. is a national market rep organization known for strong technical sales.   Mr. Mike Leahey, Director of New Market Development, will head up the Brenntag effort for Double Bond USA.
