TAKE 10™ Beverages Recognized as Finalist in International Functional Drink Awards
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., March 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- West Michigan-based TAKE 10™ Beverages (www.TAKE10Beverages.com) has earned recognition as a finalist in the 2011 Beverage Innovation Functional Drinks Awards (www.foodbev.com) announced this week during the seventh-annual InnoBev Global Beverages Summit in Washington, DC.
The Company's TAKE 10 To Relax™, a two-ounce liquid dietary supplement product, was named a finalist in the "Best Relaxation Drink" category. This year's awards attracted more than 150 entries from 22 countries. Leading beverage brands Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group were among the finalists in the 16 categories judged.
TAKE 10™ Beverages introduced its TAKE 10 To Relax™ and TAKE 10 To Sleep™ line of zero-calorie dietary supplements in 2010. Since that time, distribution has grown to six states and nearly 400 new stores.
