Talisman Group Withdraws Nominee From Endeavour Election

PALM BEACH, Fla., May 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Talisman Group, LLC, a private investment firm, today announced that it has withdrawn its nomination of Jason T. Kalisman for election to the Board of Directors of Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) at the Company's May 22, 2014, Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Talisman is pleased to support the election of William D.
