TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Talon International Inc. ("Talon") announced today that the closing date for the purchase and sale of hotel condominium units at Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto has been confirmed as December 13, 2012. As previously announced, Talon extended the closing date from November 29, 2012 to allow more time for Talon to respond to recent inquiries made by the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC"). Talon was advised today that after a thorough review of the matter, OSC Staff have determined not to pursue regulatory action against Talon.
