Tammy Taylor Named a 2026 Most Admired CEO by Louisville Business First

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Advantum Health today announced that Chief Executive Officer Tammy Taylor has been named a 2026 Most Admired CEO by Louisville Business First, following four years of transformational growth that have nearly doubled the company's workforce and increased EBITDA by more than 1,000%.

Since Taylor became CEO in 2022, Advantum Health has increased revenue by 59%, reduced long-term debt by more than 25% and improved days sales outstanding by more than 25%. Its global workforce has grown from more than 400 employees to more than 750.

She has also prioritized leadership development. Women hold six of Advantum's nine vice president-and-above positions and 10 of its 16 US-based director-and-above positions. Taylor invests in mentorship, networking and professional development and creates pathways for emerging leaders to advance into executive roles.

A United States Navy veteran, Taylor served as a Hospital Corpsman and Certified Operating Room Technician before building a healthcare leadership career spanning more than 30 years.
