
Tampa-Based Flat Rock Systems Taps Former SAP, Oracle, and PwC Executives to Drive Growth

James Dunham appointed as CEO, brings more than 25 years of software industry experience to Flat Rock's leadership team. Chris Hoyer will continue to drive the Flat Rock vision and innovation as Founder and Chairman.
James, who has worked at some of the most successful brands in software, will drive Flat Rock solutions into a series of under-served markets. James honed key sales, marketing, product and strategy skills in a number of industries as an executive at SAP and Siebel Systems. Jaya Prakash Rao is named Chief Technology Officer for Flat Rock. Rao is a veteran of Oracle, Corio, and ArcSight. He has over 20 years of application software development experience and is responsible for the development of new technologies that support the company's strategic direction and goals.
Frank Hailstones will lead Flat Rock's efforts in the audit and forensic accounting market. Hailstones spent 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 13 of which as a senior partner for PwC's Government and Internal Audit businesses in the UK and EMEA. He is an industry expert on anti-fraud, and is a co-inventor on a pending patent for preventing, detecting and deterring fraud.

Chris has teamed up with technology professionals to execute on his vision.
