Mrs. Kaul will be responsible for the growth of Tantus' financial management capabilities, program and project operations, career development of staff, opportunity identification, and capture management.  

Mrs. Kaul has over 12 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and programs. Before joining the Tantus Team, Mrs. Kaul worked for a number of leading firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, BearingPoint, and Deloitte Consulting. She has a wide range of experience in developing and delivering programs, business process improvement strategies, and information technology-enabled solutions to public and private sector organizations.  Additionally, Mrs. Kaul has a variety of Federal experience, working with clients at Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education, Federal Aviation Administration, and Defense Information Systems Agency.
