Tantus Wins Contract With Financial Asset Management Systems
WASHINGTON, Jan. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) has been awarded a contract by Financial Asset Management Systems (FAMS) to provide IT Security Support Services. FAMS is a private collection agency based in Atlanta, GA, supporting Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education.

Under this contract, Tantus will provide IT Security Services to complete Certification and Accreditation (C&A) System Testing to help FAMS obtain their Authorization to Operate (ATO). This requires reviews of technical controls, interviews of FAMS IT professionals, security program management and verification testing. Tantus also provides IT Security Support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Park Service (NPS), and Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im).
