Taubman Centers Declares Common And Preferred Dividends

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock.  The common dividend is payable June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 14, 2013.

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40625 on its 6.5% Series J Cumulative Preferred Shares (NYSE: TCO PR J) and a dividend of $0.46007 on its 6.25% Series K Cumulative Preferred Shares (NYSE: TCO PR K).  The dividend declared on the Series J Cumulative Preferred Shares is for the period April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013.  The dividend declared on the Series K Cumulative Preferred Shares, a new issue, is for the period from, and including, March 15, 2013 through June 30, 2013.  The preferred dividends will be payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 14, 2013.
