TCDA Honors Pepper's Fort Worth Branch with Service Award

EXTON, Pa., Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- In recognition for years of excellence in supporting choral music in the state of Texas, the Texas Choral Directors Association ("TCDA") honored Luana Marler with the TCDA Service Award. Over the past ten years, J.W. Pepper, the largest sheet music retailer in the United States, has worked as TCDA's vendor for their conferences and Lu has been instrumental in organizing this effort. 

Lu herself has insisted that the award is for her entire crew, but, according to TCDA President Billy Talley, "the entire staff has done an amazing job for us, but this award was given just to Lu."  The TCDA started presenting their service award in 2005 and, since then, it has been awarded only four other times with Lu being the fifth recipient.
