TEAM enterprises announces key new senior staff:
Mark Blair, VP Business Development; Jaime Vasquez, VP Software Engineering; Tony Bagnulo, Group Director; Promotes Dan Rooney to VP, Operations; Elevates senior staff to partners
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ - TEAM enterprises today announces strategic additions to senior staff to further expand key agency capabilities. 2010 was a banner year during which TEAM grew revenue and profitability despite a turbulent economy, in addition to becoming the 4th largest member of the MDC Partners network of agencies. Today TEAM is welcoming new senior staff to continue building on the successes of the prior year, and to capitalize on the returning confidence of consumers, and the brands who market to them.
Mark Blair comes aboard as VP, Business Development. Mark's experience building and managing teams at Circuit City, launching XM Radio, and creating field marketing teams at AMP gives him a unique understanding of the retail, client and agency perspectives which will be invaluable to TEAM's clients, both existing and new. Mark is passionate about working together with a variety of marketing constituents to build business partnerships that make a positive impact to the bottom line.
Jaime Vasquez brings his extensive background in software development and system architecture to TEAM as VP, Software Engineering. Harnessing his 15+ years of experience in the software development industry, Jaime will be leading the charge on evolving and reimagining TEAM's industry-leading event marketing software, and integrating it seamlessly into clients' databases. Prior to joining TEAM Enterprises, Jaime was a Senior Software Engineer at MathWorks in Natick, MA.
Dan Rooney has been promoted to the new position of VP, Operations where he will be responsible for the management and allocation of resources for new business development, and operational oversight and program management for new clients. Dan joined TEAM in 2003 to help manage the Miller Brewing Company's experiential marketing program. Since then Dan's unmatched passion to win and "do what it takes" attitude have been integral to delivering strategic programs for clients as diverse as DISH networks, Sears, Elizabeth Arden and Subway.
Tony Bagnulo joins TEAM as Group Director, Client Services. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Client Services group handling the MillerCoors and Bacardi USA businesses. Tony has extensive experience in developing, managing and executing strategic field engagement programs for premium spirits and import/craft beers. Prior to joining TEAM, Tony had been with US Concepts/MKTG for almost 7 years in a succession of increasingly senior positions, most recently managing the Diageo Ambassadors across a portfolio of brands around the country.
