TEAM Title, Inc. Receives Pennsylvania Resident Title Agent License and Individual Licenses in Nine States as Part of Thirty Eight State Expansion Plan

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - TEAM Title, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM") (OTC Bulletin Board: TEMN), is pleased to announce that on June 7, 2010 it received its Pennsylvania Resident Title Agent License.  The license opens up direct operations in the state of Pennsylvania and is the first license awarded in TEAM's 38 state expansion plan.  TEAM Title, Inc. will do business in Pennsylvania as TEAM Settlement Solutions.  Its lender division will immediately begin placing orders for settlement and title services through the agency.  TEAM's President, Janis Okerlund, Esq., will serve as the agency's individual licensee, a requirement of the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance.   In addition to Pennsylvania, Ms. Okerlund has recently been granted individual licenses in Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island and West Virginia.   Applications for agency licenses will be submitted to the regulatory authorities in those states in the coming weeks which, upon approval, will allow TEAM to process its own inventory of orders in those states, driving revenue to the agency.
