("Team Health") (NYSE: TMH) announced today that the over-allotment option for its previously announced secondary offering closed today. The underwriters exercised a portion of their over-allotment option and 830,000 secondary shares were sold by TeamHealth's principal stockholder, Ensemble Parent LLC, an investment fund affiliated with The Blackstone Group L.P. TeamHealth did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.
