Tech 4 Kids and Irwin Seek Injunctive Relief and Millions in Compensatory and Punitive Damages Against Redwood Ventures

TORONTO, April 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Tech 4 Kids, Irwin RX Ltd. and iToysUSA Ltd., creators of 3D MAGIC – 3D Maker products initiated legal action against Redwood Ventures Ltd. alleging Redwood engaged in fraud and misrepresentation in relation to Redwood's IDO3D products.  The action is in response to Redwood's prior lawsuit naming Tech 4 Kids, iToys, Irwin RX and their 3D MAGIC brand 3D Maker products. Tech 4 Kids, iToys and Irwin RX initiated the filing of counterclaims on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in the Western District of Arkansas. 

Tech 4 Kids and Irwin have always maintained their belief that Redwood's lawsuit was baseless and was filed to interfere with the sale and distribution of their 3D MAGIC branded products. Tech 4 Kids and Irwin's counterclaims against Redwood and its president, Andy Wiseman allege they engaged in fraud, misrepresentation and false advertising.
