Technekes acquires stake in Xceleration
Relocates to accommodate growth
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Technekes, LLC has taken a large minority interest in its long-time partner, Xceleration, Inc., and, to accommodate expanded staff and services, has relocated its headquarter offices to the historic Grinnell Water Works building.
As part of the move, Xceleration, a leading provider of incentive and recognition solutions throughout North America, will also relocate its headquarters to Charlotte, while retaining offices in Atlanta, and opening a new office New York.

As part of the deal, the two companies have taken a majority interest in Gravy, an innovative iOS and web-based application aimed at business and consumer gifting. Together, Technekes and Xceleration will occupy the Grinnell Water Works building, a registered national historic building, at the corner of W. Morehead Street and Summit Avenue, in the heart of Midtown.
