(Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services, announced today that it has been selected by CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) to host and manage its CA Service Desk Manager On Demand SaaS offering for customers in North America and Europe.
The CA Service Desk Manager On Demand solution gives customers access to a suite of powerful IT service management tools via a cloud computing delivery model. It is a fully ITIL pre-configured version of CA Service Desk Manager, featuring workflow-driven automation for incident, problem, change, request and knowledge management. CA Service Desk Manager On Demand will also feature the industry's first SaaS-based enterprise service desk collaboration platform, CA Open Space.
