Tel Aviv Stories, New Book of Fiction, Launches to Acclaim: Breakthrough by Author Ashley Rindsberg Shows Unseen Side of Tel Aviv
NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Midnight Oil Publishing is proud to announce Tel Aviv Stories: Life, Death, and Love in Israel's Unholy City (February 1, 2011), a collection of literary fiction by author Ashley Rindsberg. Comprised of six stories and one novella, Tel Aviv Stories takes readers from Israel's backstreets of beggars and whores, into the lives of exiled Russian virtuosos, through the immigrant experience of a young family, and into the tragedy and wealth of one of Israel's elite families.
Tel Aviv Stories "captures the beauty, grit, and humanity of one of the world's most fascinating cities," says Joe Conason, journalist and bestselling author.
"Rindsberg finds the enormity of even the smallest things," says David Deutsch of Heeb Magazine.
Midnight Oil Publishing's release of Tel Aviv Stories comes at a time when a flood of international artists, musicians, expats, and writers descend on the White City to find the underground culture spoken about from New York to LA to Berlin.
