TenantMagic Partners with Aon Affinity to Protect Landlord Rental Income

CLEVELAND, Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TenantMagic announced today that it has partnered with Aon Affinity, the consumer, association and group program business of Aon plc, to offer landlords Aon Rent Protect, a tenant rent default solution.

The partnership provides landlords with easier access to tenant screening services, and tenant rent default coverage.

Aon Affinity requires credit, background and eviction screening of tenants for landlords to be eligible for Aon Rent Protect, and landlords using TenantMagic to prescreen and prequalify rental prospects automatically meet that requirement. Additionally, TenantMagic provides a TransUnion credit recommendation for each application.
