Tenex Capital Management Acquires LinkAmerica Corporation

NEW YORK, July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tenex Capital Management today announced the completion of its acquisition of LinkAmerica Corporation, a transportation and logistics provider headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  

Recognized as a leading super regional transportation provider, LinkAmerica was founded in 1996 and has grown through a series of acquisitions to more than $140 million in annual revenues. The Company operates a fleet of approximately 850 tractors, providing traditional Over-The-Road ("OTR") 53 and 57 foot dry van, dedicated, expedited, and logistics services. LinkAmerica retains a "blue-chip" customer base and operates primarily in the south-central and southeastern United States, with operating facilities in Texas and Florida.
