With this in mind, Tesco Compare, The Price Comparison Site, is now offering the opportunity to earn 250 Tesco Clubcard points for customers who quote and buy van insurance through tescocompare.com  (Terms and conditions apply*). This offer has been launched as a way of giving a little extra back to Clubcard holders.

How does it work?

Tesco Compare partners with Vast Visibility Ltd to offer a quick and easy-to-use website that helps users to search and compare the market from a panel of over 30 of the UK's leading van insurers and brokers to find the right van insurance policy suited to your needs, and potentially help save you money. Quotes can be compared in minutes and policies are available for viewing by feature as well as price.  

While quoting for van insurance, customers just need to enter their Clubcard number in the application and will be rewarded with 250 points if the policy is purchased via Tesco Compare.  

The Van Insurance comparison service caters to both private and commercial van insurance policies and offers Third Party, Third Party Fire and Theft and Fully Comprehensive options.

250 Clubcard points will be awarded for van insurance policies purchased. The Clubcard must be in the policyholder's name and the Clubcard number must be entered correctly when completing the details on tescocompare.com. An online quote must be fully completed before purchase. Failure to do so will mean the points will not be allocated to the Clubcard holder's statement. Tesco Compare will notify the policyholder via e-mail when the Clubcard points have been awarded. Points may be awarded up to 10 weeks from purchase of the policy. If the policy is cancelled within two weeks of purchase then no Clubcard points will be awarded.
