Texans Credit Union named a 2026 Dallas Morning News Top Workplace for fourth consecutive year

Recognition builds on a history of commitment to fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued

RICHARDSON, Texas, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Texans Credit Union has been ranked No. 6 among midsize companies in The Dallas Morning News' 2026 Top Workplaces D-FW list, an honor celebrating organizations that excel in employee engagement and satisfaction. The recognition marks the fourth straight year of inclusion in the workplace award program.

"The most meaningful part of the continued recognition in this program is knowing that it directly reflects the experience our employees have even as we grow," said David Frazier, president and CEO of Texans Credit Union. "We want our employees to feel supported, have opportunities to grow, and know their contributions matter."

Texans Credit Union's commitment to creating a purpose-driven culture reaches beyond its offices. Through Texans Gives Back, an employee-led initiative, team members support nonprofits addressing needs across North Texas where their members live and work. Last year, Texans employees contributed nearly 1,400 volunteer hours, extending their commitment to service beyond the workplace.

Now in its 18th year, The Dallas Morning News' Top Workplaces D-FW awards program recognizes North Texas employers that cultivate exceptional workplace environments. The rankings are based on confidential employee feedback collected and analyzed by Energage, an independent firm focused on employee engagement and organizational performance, in partnership with The Dallas Morning News.

Texans Credit Union serves more than 150,000 members and manages more than $2.6 billion in assets. As it expands its reach and digital capabilities, Texans remains committed to pairing convenient technology with personalized service.
