Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation Launches Industry Awareness Campaign
"Room to Grow" Highlights Diverse, Promising Careers in Texas Apartment Industry
AUSTIN, Texas, March 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation (TAAEF), an organization dedicated to raising awareness about careers and opportunities in the apartment industry, announced today the launch of a new awareness campaign, themed "Room to Grow." Through this integrated communications marketing campaign, TAAEF gives Texans insight into one of the fastest-growing industries in Texas and the diverse and promising career paths it holds.
With more than 75,000 Texans choosing a career path in the apartment industry, this campaign highlights the breadth of opportunity available and how a job in the industry offers room to advance professionally.
Activations throughout the course of the "Room to Grow" campaign include:
- Employee spotlight videos will feature a cross-section of apartment industry professionals giving compelling, first-hand insight into what it's like to grow within the industry, whether as a maintenance technician or leasing agent.
- The interactive career matching tool will enable prospective employees to find industry job opportunities that best fit their personality and professional goals. It also serves as a simple, fun first step to exploring industry jobs for those who are not sure where to start.
- The online hub will serve as a home base for industry professionals and prospects to access all "Room to Grow" campaign content, from video testimonials and job profiles to our career matching tool and other educational resources about the industry at www.roomtogrowtx.org.
- Local "Room to Grow" events, such as community garden planting events, will engage Texans in ways that better the community and enrich their professional live through networking opportunities.
