(OTC Pink: TEXC)(the "Company" or "TexCom"), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2015. Financial Highlights for the third quarter 2015 compared to the third quarter 2014:
- Revenues totaled $1.10 million, decreasing from $2.70 million.
- Operating loss was $863,000, decreasing from income $114,000.
- Net loss was $757,000, increasing from a net loss of $41,000.
- Loss per share on a fully diluted basis was $0.07, increasing from $0.01.
Financial highlights for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2014:
- Revenues totaled $4.14 million, decreasing from $9.91 million.
- Operating loss was $1.85 million, compared to income of $1.09 million.
- Net loss was $1.13 million, compared to net income of $7.06 million (2014 results included an $11.24 million gain on the sale of the MBES, LLC assets).
- Loss per share on a fully diluted basis was $0.10, decreasing from income of $0.87.
