TGEG Rescinds Dumaguete Contract to Help the Mayor

MANILA, Philippines, Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- True Green Energy Group held a conference last week in Clark Pampanga with Honorable Mayor Manuel Sagarbarria and his staff in order to rescind or re-negotiate the city's contracts to deploy a Biosphere MKV 5 green energy system. Mr. Flynn, the founder of TGEG, explained that, "he had no communication with the city in order to move forward with the current contract to deploy a Biosphere system on their landfill site.  Moreover TGEG has entered into other contracts where other cities have agreed to pay 50 percent of the cost in order to deploy the system right away."

The Mayor said that he was not happy with the contract because the former Mayor of Dumaguete had signed a contract with Spectrum Blue Steel for 3 percent of the profits of the landfill site while the city of San Fernando contract stipulated that they would receive 20%.

Councilor Aquino for Dumaguete said, during the conference, that "he would like Mr. Flynn to cancel the contract in order for the percentage to be changed to 20% so a fresh start could be made by the new Mayor."

Neil Rey Lagahit and councilor Nilo Sayson and Albert Aquino asked Mr. Flynn if he would come to Dumaguete for a press conference with radio and television in order to make a new contract right away.  Ronald Flynn, the founder of SBS and True Green Energy Group said, "he would be more than happy to help the Mayor and the city in any way that he could."

Mr. Flynn went on to say, "I am happy to let the city of Dumagete rescind its contract in order to help the Mayor and his city. The city of Dumaguete will need to deliver an environmental impact assessment of the landfill site in order for TGEG/SBS to start construction for deployment or enter into a new agreement."

Ronald further explained with the lack of communication by the city and with no EIA ever being done on the site the project in Dumaguete will never start.

Ronald Flynn also told the Mayor, "SBS is a management company that is majority owned by TGEG, and Spectrum Blue Steel would be forced to decline or sign a new contract or a 'LOI' if the landfill site was being scavenged or if the plastics were been removed."

The Mayor assured Mr. Flynn that the landfill site was full of plastic and was untouched by scavengers. Mr. Flynn explained that he, "would be happy to rescind the old contract with the city Mayor and give 20% as long as the new contract included an environmental impact assessment and a provision to have True Bio electric (www.truebioelectric.com) place a shredder and pelletizer down right away.

In a final statement given by the founder of SBS and TGEG, "we are not trying to convince anyone or any city to use our system, as our investment speaks for itself. The Biosphere system, MRF, Dryer shredder, pelletizer, and building cost our shareholders $25,000,000 million dollars or 1 billion pesos to erect and deploy the green energy power plant with no cost to the Mayor, city, or his community."

The first plant in the Philippines will be switched on in San Fernando by mid-October and will be the first of its kind to eliminate the garbage by turning trash into electricity with zero waste and zero emission.
