NEW YORK, July 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TGM Associates announced today the acquisition of TGM Creekside Village, a 208 unit luxury apartment community sited on 8.3 acres in Glen Burnie, Maryland. TGM Creekside Village features a stand-alone LEED Silver clubhouse which includes a 24-hour athletic club, resident Cafe Lounge, Apple computer bar, outdoor swimming pool, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen. The community was constructed in 2014, and offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with an average square footage of almost 1,000 feet. 45% of the apartment homes have granite countertops and tile backsplashes.
