"It has been four long years and we have had many discussions with the LAX and LAWA boards, and in the end, we were able to secure an agreement with the LAWA board and Los Angeles City Attorney that was mutually beneficial to both parties," says Albert Abkarian, senior partner at Abkarian & Associates law firm and attorney for TGP Enterprises, Inc. "I am glad to have played a part in resolving this litigation and dispute, and we will continue to represent TGP Enterprises, Inc. in other matters in California."

While Robert Boyadjian, CEO of TGP Enterprises, Inc., is happy to have the case settled, he is especially proud they were able to continue service uninterrupted through the four year litigation.

"After many years of litigation and costs, we are glad that this matter is behind us and we can continue assisting our customers in LAX," says Boyadjian. "We have built a solid company from the ground up and this is exactly why we were able to come to an amicable and satisfactory agreement as well as sign a new five year contract with LAWA."
