Mr. Bell, an investment banker with more than 18 years of advisory and capital raising experience, founded BCAP in early 2013.  Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Bell was a Managing Director at Jefferies and before that, a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, focused in both roles on the consumer and retail sectors. Mr. Bell also previously spent over 12 years at Rothschild as an M&A and restructuring generalist.
