The Alpha Group US Launches New Global Design and Marketing Hub in Los Angeles and Appoints Jean-Christophe PEAN as President North America and Europe.

EL SEGUNDO, LA, Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - The Alpha Group US LLC (www.gdalpha.com), formerly known as Auldey Toys of North America, accelerates its investment plans and  announces the opening of its new office in El Segundo, Los Angeles. The LA location will serve as an international design and marketing hub for The Alpha Group, and is a key step for increased focus on global development and investment in the North American market.

To propel its vision for the future, The Alpha Group US announces three new executive hires in the roles of President, Vice President of Marketing and Head of Product Design.

Alpha Group Co. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Christophe Pean as President of Alpha Group US LLC and Europe. Pean has more than 17 years of varied sales & operations management experience in the toy industry, most recently as Mattel's Executive Vice President for the North America Division. With his international experience and having managed sales revenue of $3.3 billion and a team size of 650 employees, Pean will bring a tremendous amount of leadership and industry experience to the role.

Joining The Alpha Group US as Vice President of Marketing is Brehan Maul. Maul comes with a wealth of experience in the industry, managing top-tier consumer-facing licensed properties, most recently as Vice President Brand Management and Marketing at Bandai America.

Darren Lee Phillipson joins as Head of Product Design, bringing years of product design and development experience with him having worked in leadership roles with leading companies Disney®, DreamWorks Animation and Fisher-Price®.

Adrian Roche, who successfully launched Alpha Group US in 2015, will be taking on a global role as Vice President, Global Business Development, where he will continue to play an integral role in Alpha's success globally.
