The Association of Related Churches Prepares for Major Fall 2026 Launch Season

Following a hugely successful early 2026 launch season, The Association of Related Churches is now preparing for a huge fall as 37 new churches in their support network prepare to launch over the coming months.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ARC's 25th anniversary was bound to be a big year, and with 27 new churches launched in the first half of the year to bring its total openings to 1215, the second half of the year is also turning out to be an exciting launch season.

Currently, 37 churches are projected to launch in the fall 2026 season, with 26 being in the U.S and 11 globally. 18 churches alone are expected to launch on a massive September 13 launch day.

The September launch day culminates in years of hard work from ARC leaders and members, and new and seasoned pastors who brought together vision, motivation, discipline, and resilience to prepare for a united and connecting day and kick off their work in tandem with other churches.

Darrison and Whitney Tellez from Free House Church in Miami, Florida, said that they wanted the new church to be a catalyst for freedom, adding, "In a city celebrated for its culture, entertainment, ambition, and innovation, the greatest need isn't another attraction; it's an encounter with Jesus." They also credited ARC with helping to shape the framework of what they're building, saying the organization has "helped put legs to so many things that wouldn't have happened without them."

Joshua and Katie Clarke from Manna Church in Clarksville, Tennessee, echoed similar sentiments, saying, "Planting a church through ARC has made something that has been historically hard the most life-giving thing that we have done as a family."

Earlier this year, U.S church plants in ARC's network welcomed an average of 488 attendees on their opening Sundays, and with the fall launch season gearing up to be even bigger, it's clear that more people in the U.S and across the world are turning to faith, community, and connection and finding what they need from the church.
