The Automotive Resource Network Plans Relocation to Florida in Preparation for Upcoming Marketing Push

NEW YORK, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- (Pinksheets: ARNH) The Automotive Resource Network Holdings (ARNH.PK) announced today that the company will move all operations into a new Executive Office Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This decision to centralize activities into a single location was made during a series of meetings held earlier this month involving TheARN's Board of Directors, top Executives and other key personnel, and is scheduled to be implemented over the next 60 days. The new corporate offices will house offices for the company's top executives as well as accounting, marketing and product development personnel, its newly formed motorsport marketing division, a customer service call center, an outbound product sales call center, and a state-of-the-art training center.

This announcement of this move comes on the heels of a series of actions the company has recently taken to strengthen its structure and streamline its operations in preparation for a series of major upcoming marketing campaigns. Within the past month TheARN has reported a significant reduction in its debt, a decrease in its authorized shares, a new exclusive product launch, a turnkey system offering financing and other new unique services for the used car market, an agreement with Power Brands to spearhead and develop its marketing and branding initiatives, network marketing license agreements, an email marketing system, DRTV commercials & sponsors, and the solidification of marketing agreements with key personnel and partners.
