The best Core HR software, based on reviews from HR professionals

CHICAGO, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on reviews from HR professionals, the inaugural Grid^SM report for Core HR software, announced today by business software review site G2 Crowd, ranks six products to help HR software buyers in their selections.

The Grid^SM, G2 Crowd's software recommendation engine, factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.

Core HR software automates the systems and processes of organization management, expense management, salary structures, benefit administration and time management. These systems are primarily used to manage the essential elements of each employee's records. HR professionals benefit from Core HR software systems, as it gives them the ability to manage and engage employees at scale.

To qualify as a Leader, a product must receive a high customer satisfaction score and have substantial market presence. Overall, BambooHR earned the highest customer satisfaction score.

Across all Core HR products, reviewers reported the product they use meets their requirements at an average rate of 80%, and on average reviewers said they were 78% likely to recommend the product they use.
