(Jim) Walker joined the firm as a Senior CFO for the firm's Interim Finance & Accounting Group. Mr. Walker will focus on supporting venture-backed companies with emphasis on medical devices, consumer devices, mobile applications, and gaming.

Walker has 30 years of CFO experience with Compression Labs, Fujitsu, Global Village Communications, Diamond Multimedia and AlphaSmart. He also helped found a medical imaging company, Alara Inc, initially serving as Chairman of the Board and more recently as President and CEO.

Walker received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from San Jose State and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
