The Broadsmoore Group Hires Vincent Gregoire as Vice President

NEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Broadsmoore Group ("Broadsmoore"), a privately held investment advisory and merchant banking firm, today announced that it has hired Vincent Gregoire, a bank industry executive with years of international experience in finance and audit, as a Vice President. Gregoire most recently served as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young in the company's Paris and London offices. At Broadsmoore, he will manage a team of analysts for investment opportunities within the U.S. and Europe, sourcing deal flows on potential targets, and will be responsible for post-acquisition management and financial reporting. 

Gregoire will also work to strengthen international relationships for The Broadsmoore Group by performing advisory with foreign subsidiaries and serving as the main contact for foreign private equity investment funds.

Prior to joining Broadsmoore, Gregoire was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, where he led audit teams in retail and investment banks, as well as in related industries. In this role, he managed teams of up to 10 people and acquired a deep knowledge of sophisticated business processes.  

Previously, Gregoire worked as a Trader's Assistant at Natixis Bleichroeder and had an active participation as a market maker on the Euro Stoxx desk. He also worked as a portfolio manager in Paris, offering tax incentive solutions to private clients.
