MOBILE, Ala., Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Carter Group continues its 18 years of growth by adding Partners in key international locations, Germany and Singapore. Our executive search firm continues to align our growth and expansion around the need of our customers. We currently have an office in Bordeaux, France lead by Iain Martindale who has successfully grown our international business. Given this success, we felt it important to continue our expansion internationally and have added the following Partners - stated Guy Carter, President of The Carter Group, LLC.

Dr. Ralph Jauss is based in Hamburg, Germany and will be our Partner for Northern Europe (DACH Region). He has worked in different leading management positions for renowned companies in the transport industry, professional services as well as in the financial sector. Ralph Jauss has vast experience as a senior consultant in the Executive Search field, mainly catering to the German corporate world. With the past 15 years spent in top retained Executive Search firms in Germany, he is well connected to senior decision makers in a variety of industries, e.g. Aerospace, Logistics, Automotive, Manufacturing, Steel, Chemicals and Finance, to name a few. His specific expertise lies in running a dedicated direct search and pre-selection process in the scope of exclusive and challenging search assignments. Ralph's Doctorate is in Business Administration.

Maik Richter is based in Singapore and will serve as our Partner in Asia-Pacific. In addition to his background in retained executive search, he worked in a number of countries in the Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore) and gained extensive experience in regional business development as well as in strategic business consulting. Maik is multilingual, received a Master Degree in Business Management East Asia and has held several executive management positions in industrial, high technology and professional services environments. As a senior HR consultant he has been serving a variety of clients over the past decade, leading challenging direct search projects across the Asia region, including China and India. His focus lies on C-Level placements, with a specific view on the crucial cultural fit of senior management professionals responsible for running his multinational clients' operations in Asia. In 2010/2011 the majority of placements were in SCM, HR, Strategy/Corp. Development & Finance functions.
