The Chapin Estate Arranges Additional Financing, Hires Real Estate Sales and Marketing Company

BETHEL, N.Y., July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chapin Estate, a prestigious gated community in the Catskills Mountains, has secured financing necessary to begin development on its next phase and to launch an aggressive sales and marketing campaign designed to showcase the community's exclusivity and idyllic lakefront location.

The Chapin Estate, which is being developed by The Woodstone Companies, recently arranged significant financing which will be used for additional development, and construction of amenities. 

To assist with the sales campaign, the community has hired The REvision Group, a Cleveland-based real estate sales and marketing organization led by industry veteran Michael J. Friedman. 

The Chapin Estate is situated on more than 2,500 acres of pristine natural habitat and features two vast boating lakes of nearly 2,000 acres.  The community is conveniently located only two hours from Manhattan and less than two hours from northern New Jersey and Connecticut. 

The Chapin Estate is comprised of five distinct neighborhoods, each featuring five acre homesites either 'on the lake' or 'at the lake.' 

Additionally, the community offers a range of amenities including miles of nature-centric hiking, walking and biking trails, freshwater lakes ideal for fishing and boating, a private fly-fishing stream and the Chapin Estate Lake Club, which includes an outdoor pool, kid's playground, lounging deck and pavilion with a soaring stone fireplace and a members lounge with comprehensive lakefront fitness center.
