The Commerce Bank of Oregon Announces Leadership Transition, Promotes Jodi Delahunt Hubbell to President and CEO
PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Commerce Bank of Oregon today announced that its board of directors has selected Jodi Delahunt Hubbell, to serve as the company's next President and CEO, effective January 1, 2012. Delahunt Hubbell will succeed Larry Ogg, who will be transitioning to the Chairman role on The Commerce Bank of Oregon's Board of Directors. Delahunt Hubbell will also serve on the Board of Directors for the bank.
Delahunt Hubbell started with The Commerce Bank of Oregon in June 2007 as the Managing Director of Finance and Administration/Chief Financial and Operations Officer where she oversaw all aspects of finance and human resources, compliance, client service and treasury management. She also managed two of the bank's key Relationship Managers.
Regarding his successor, Ogg stated, "Since the bank's inception in 2005, Jodi has played a central role in championing The Commerce Bank of Oregon's primary goal of being an advocate for our customers. Additionally, she has helped the bank achieve profitability while maintaining the bank's well capitalized status. Terri McKinnis will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, Elizabeth Baker will become the bank's Controller, Mary Nguyen will now be the Client Service Supervisor, Bambi Pascual will be a Credit Analyst and Rachel Tramel is being welcomed to the organization as a Client Service Representative.

Jodi Delahunt Hubbell has almost 25 years of varied banking experience. She began her banking career after graduating from the University of Portland and has worked extensively throughout the branch, corporate, and small business and commercial lending functions of banking. Jodi has recently served on the board of Literary Arts and is a current board member of the Oregon Ballet Theater.
