BALTIMORE, Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cordish Companies announced today a new key hire at the Power & Light District in Kansas City, MO.  Heidi Schmidt has been named as Leasing and Hospitality Specialist for One Light Luxury Apartments.  One Light, opening this November, is the first high-rise residential tower built in downtown Kansas City in several decades and the first of four planned luxury high-rise apartment buildings in the Power & Light District.

As Leasing and Hospitality Specialist for One Light, Schmidt will primarily focus her time working with current and prospective residents.
