The Evaluation Company Welcomes Mukul Bakhshi as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

NEW YORK, March 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Evaluation Company (TEC) is excited to welcome Mukul Bakhshi, Esq., as its new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. As TEC advances the economic, technological, and political trends disrupting education and assessment, Mukul will foster innovative approaches and partnerships to reimagine educational standards and instruction. He will develop and implement policies, manage external relations, and drive corporate development efforts to align with TEC's strategic objectives.

Mukul brings a wealth of experience in global affairs, compliance, and regulatory matters, particularly in the healthcare and migration sectors. Before joining TEC, he served as the Chief Global Affairs Officer at CGFNS International, where he built vital relationships with government and other stakeholders at the intersection of healthcare, migration, and credential evaluation. During his tenure at CGFNS, Mukul wrote extensively on nursing workforce issues and presented at global forums including the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO). Additionally, Mukul led the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices to promote fair and ethical recruitment practices for foreign-educated health professionals for the past decade.

Before CGFNS, Mukul held positions as a management and strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and Altman Solon.

Mukul earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and is admitted to the bar in the state of New York. He also holds a B.A. from Yale University.
