
The Florida Theatre Celebrates 30 Years of World-Class Culture and Entertainment in Jacksonville with Their Largest Sale of the Year
The $10 Ticket Columbus Day Sale offers customers the best prices of the year
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Florida Theatre announces the start of their first annual $10 Ticket Columbus Day Sale event, the non-profit company's largest sale of the year. For one day only, the Florida Theatre is offering their best prices of the year on 18-featured shows - in honor of Columbus Day.

This year marks the non-profit company's celebration of 30 years as the premiere destination for arts and culture on Florida's First Coast. Located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville along the beautiful St. Johns River, the Florida Theatre draws more than 250,000 people each year. It is recognized as one of the finest concert venues in the Southeast and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The 18-featured concert events will be offered at up to 75% percent off and will include both classic best sellers and new offerings like: Craig Ferguson, Spyro Gyra, The Three Irish Tenors, Tower of Power, Ray Price, and The Spencers: Theatre of Illusion. In addition, all upcoming Florida Theatre performances will be available for purchase at regular prices.
The Florida Theatre $10 Ticket Columbus Day Sale prices will only be offered in person at the ticket office or by calling 904-355-ARTS. The Florida Theatre $10 Ticket Columbus Day Sale starts at 9:00am on Monday, October 14 and ends at 5:00pm. Discounted tickets will not be available on the internet and seating locations will be assigned at the discretion of theatre management. Ticket service and handling fees will apply and the number of discounted tickets that any one customer can purchase may be limited.
