The Food Freshness Card™ is laboratory and commercially tested to keep food fresher longer. This is the newest, easy to use innovative technology in the food industry as it addresses the global problem of food waste and spoilage, a global problem.
Consumers reported that safety was their biggest concern on whether to throw away food. According to the NRDC, getting food to the table eats up 10 percent of the U.S. energy budget, 50 percent of U.S. land, and 80 percent of freshwater. Yet 40 percent of the food—approximately $150 billion a year—in the U.S. goes uneaten.

During the three-month case study, every month recorded $0 spoilage for a three-month saving of approximately $1,500.
