St Hugo was created to celebrate the legacy of Hugo Gramp, the visionary and former Managing Director of Gramps & Son's winery from 1920 to 1938. The new home, which overlooks the Barossa ranges and St Hugo vineyard, reflects the power and elegance of this influential wine magnate.
LUXURY WINE LOUNGE
On arrival, guests will travel through an avenue of cork trees before reaching the restored building with 160-year-old stone walls. Inside, a luxurious wine lounge is revealed which will offer the full range of specially crafted St Hugo wines - some entirely exclusive to the new brand home.
FINE DINING RESTAURANT
The intimate restaurant at St Hugo is surrounded by original ironstone walls with a picture window overlooking the vineyard.
Locally renowned Executive Chef, Mark McNamara, has created a menu featuring provincial, seasonal produce. A choice of four- or eight-course degustation menu is offered, with each dish created to perfectly complement each St Hugo wine.
PRIVATE TASTINGS
The lower ground tasting room provides in-depth exploration of St Hugo's flagship wines - past, present and future. Guests may also choose tailor-made experiences in the underground vault and atmospheric back vintage "Hugo Gramp room".
