The Limited™ CEO Linda Heasley Opens New Roseville Store Kicking Off Fashion Retailer's California Expansion With Five New Stores and Revamped Retail Spaces

COLUMBUS, Ohio and ROSEVILLE, Calif., March 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- National fashion retailer, The Limited™, a heritage brand for the modern, working woman, kicks off a statewide California expansion today with the opening of a new 4,300-square-foot store in Roseville, Calif., one of the state's top retail-centric regions located just outside the state capitol. To commemorate the retailer's W. Coast expansion, this morning at 10:30 a.m., CEO Linda Heasley will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebratory event at The Limited's new store in the Westfield Galleria Mall located at 1151 Galleria Boulevard.

At a time when California's economy is well-poised for growth and recovery, The Limited will be opening four brand new retail stores across the state and completely remodeling a fifth, representing 21,000 gross square feet of new retail space, and nearly 150 new jobs statewide.

• Fresno Fashion Fair, Fresno
• Fashion Valley, San Diego
• Westminster Mall, Westminster

With more than 240 store locations nationwide, The Limited has recently undergone a significant brand overhaul, including a new national advertising campaign and a revitalized in-store shopping experience. Each new or remodeled store will feature a modern motif with taupe walls, white shelving and red accents on the ceilings. Welcoming lounge areas await shopping companions and expanded fitting rooms facilitate one-on-one styling with customers.

Each store opening will celebrate with a grand opening weekend, including a 40 percent discount on all merchandise, a free gift with purchase (while supplies last), and a chance for shoppers to win one of three $500 gift cards, raffled off once a day during the grand opening weekend.
