INDIANAPOLIS, May 12, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Prosper Group is expanding its Washington, DC area team with the addition of four new hires from the political, advocacy, and agency communities. The new hires are Suzanne Zurn, formerly SVP at Adfero Group; John Porter, campaign operative; Samantha Osborne, formerly Digital Manager at GolinHarris; and Erin Callanan, formerly Account Executive at Advantage.

About Our New Hires

Suzanne Zurn joins Prosper Group as General Manager. Zurn will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm and expanding client service offerings.

Zurn has 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently as senior vice president at Adfero Group where she served on the agency's leadership team. She has also served in senior positions at strategic communications agencies Waggener Edstrom Communications, Xenophon Strategies, and Seven Twenty Strategies. Zurn also brings a deep understanding of the technology behind advocacy campaigns and PAC fundraising from working at political technology firms Capitol Advantage and Legislative Demographic Services.

Zurn's political experience includes assistant campaign manager for Governor Sam Brownback's campaign for Congress in 1994, and finance director and deputy manager for Sen. Pat Roberts' U.S. Senate campaign in 1996. She also served on the congressional staffs of Brownback, Roberts, and Rep. Jim Ryun (KS-02). [View Zurn's full bio]
