The Radical (Robotic) Prostatectomy: Unsafe In Any Hands
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Veteran Florida Urological Associates cancer surgeon slams the radical (robotic) prostatectomy treatment as a debilitating, profit-driven scientific fraud that fails to save a significant number of lives and commonly leaves otherwise healthy men "limp and leaking."
Although aggressively marketed as a "life-saving treatment", radical prostate surgery and its supposed benefits are an appalling hoax. Having resorted to self-serving clinical trials and herd mentality, urologists faked the safety and benefits of the radical robotic prostatectomy and promoted this baseless surgery as, "standard practice". Even the FDA "approved" label for robotic prostatectomy is a vile distortion of medical reality. The procedure was never scientifically proven to be harmless or effective but, through ideological bullying, urologists had the nation's watchdog agency recklessly rubber-stamp its approval by way of the misguided 510(k) process, setting the stage for one more public health disaster.
Despite the untold misery and quality-of-life harms from this robotic "treatment", arrogant urologists have remained mesmerized by the illusion of radical curative surgery. Not only is the radical prostatectomy one of the most brutal and fraudulent treatments ever unloaded on the healthcare public for any prostate cancer but, the very common Gleason 3+3=6 prostate "cancer" lacks the hallmarks of a cancer. Shockingly, the men conned into having unnecessary detection and treatment of this pseudo-cancer are also falsely labelled as survivors.
