The RoomStore to participate in 2013 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction

The March of Dimes is working to end preterm births and infant mortality, and eliminate negative outcomes from preventable birth defects, and with your help, they are on their way! They also help mothers across the country with pregnancy health issues, and assist families when emergencies occur during pregnancy. They participate in sharing the best practices in perinatal health, help improve birth outcomes in urgent situations, and promote full term and healthy pregnancies by providing families with information and support.  

The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction dining experience includes presentations of signature dishes by top local chefs in a tasting format.  This auction is held in almost 200 cities across the country.  In 2012, these auctions raised over $15 million for prenatal health, and have raised over $145 million since its inception in 1989.  For the Scottsdale Signature Chefs Auction, The RoomStore is a Silver sponsor, contributing a 65" LED HDTV and a $1,000 RoomStore Gift Certificate.  The RoomStore also designed the table displays for the event with a touch of home decor.
