The Spot Experience Announces Partnership With Rose Associates - Largest Pet Services Deal In New York City

As part of the partnership, Spot will offer a full array of its high-level dog services to residents in more than 30 buildings managed by Rose. This is the first deal in New York City of its kind giving residents full-scale access to both in-house and off-site pet care, providing the ultimate amenity for the dog owning tenant.

This summer, Rose is introducing "Leave it to Max," a comprehensive concierge service.  While Rose manages a portfolio of 38,000 apartments, Leave it to Max will initially be available to roughly 4,500 residents living in nearly two-dozen Rose-managed properties. Leave it to Max, which is offered to Rose residents at no charge, includes everything from move-in services to personal shopping as well as compelling in-building events and social programming. The Spot Experience is a signature element of Leave it to Max's pet care offering. 

The Spot partnership gives residents in designated pet friendly, Leave it to Max-enabled Rose buildings a complimentary Spot membership along with exclusive discounted services and priority access to the highest level of daycare, cage-free overnights, dog walking, transportation, grooming and training services at Spot locations in New York City. Spot will also provide residents with a designated shuttle service, which includes highly trained dog handlers for pick-up and drop-off of pets.

In addition, Spot will conduct on-site visits in pre-approved lobby spaces with complimentary dog behavior and walking consultations for residents' pups by experts with a combined 20 years of experience. Residents will also be invited to attend exclusive hosted and social events at a local Spot facility, and can rest easy knowing that all personnel and Spot dog handlers in the residential buildings are insured, licensed, and bonded and have had comprehensive background checks.
