The program kicked off with SFA's inaugural Administrative Education Conference at the firm's home office in Atlanta on June 24th and 25th, attended by administrative professionals from affiliated advisory practices across the country.

The Administrative Education Program demonstrates SFA's commitment to providing innovative and mission-critical tools and training offerings to its nationwide network of affiliated independent financial advisors. The program's theme – "The Power of You" – reflects administrative professionals' central importance to the success of their respective advisory practices. The program focuses on building and expanding these professionals' skills in several core areas, including operations, communications and compliance.

In addition to regular webinars, conference calls and presentations on these topics from SFA subject matter experts, vendors, and sponsors throughout the year, the Administrative Education Program includes opportunities for person-to-person sharing of best practices among administrative professionals, in order to empower them to contribute on a broad array of issues facing their practices and further strengthen the efficiency of affiliated advisors' operations. The kickoff event for the program was SFA's inaugural Administrative Education Conference at the SFA home office in Atlanta. The Conference featured in-depth discussions on key topics including managing transactions, implementing and monitoring cybersecurity safeguards, and tips and tools for mastering technology offerings on the SFA platform. The conference also featured an address from SFA's CEO, Clive Slovin, on the firm's driving principles and goals, and a moderated discussion among attendees on the best practices that are driving greater efficiency and growth at their respective firms.
