The Syncopated Ladies' viral Tap Dance videos are sweeping the internet, taking Tap Dance to a new level.  Their video salute to Beyoncé's "Formation" was so graciously shared by Beyoncé herself, on both her Facebook page and website, garnering 8 million views in days. These ladies are catapulting tap dancing by carving out their own place in the culture.
