With a newfound zeal for antique jewelry, Erica left a career in finance to pursue her newfound love of loose antique diamonds and jewelry design. With design partner Caysie van Bebber, Erica has created a one of a kind shopping experience with LAD, focusing on detached antiquity diamonds and jewelry motifs, primarily engagement rings.

Founder Erica created this one of a kind program in collaboration with jewelry designer and artist Caysie van Bebber, allowing brides and grooms peace of mind when choosing a wedding ring that will last a lifetime. Never before has an opportunity like this existed. LAD's "TBYB" program is simple, convenient and straightforward. Interested parties pay a refundable deposit and like that, they are shipped a sample ring(s) for consideration. A pre-authorization of the replacement cost of the setting and a basic shipping charge is put on the individual's credit card. They return the ring(s) within three days from the receipt date and the replacement cost is refunded, less the shipping charge. The shipping charge is waived with a setting order. Individuals see the superiority and workmanship up close. Erica shared, "We will offer complete bridal collection designs, including bands. As soon as a new collection of designs are released, they will be added to the portfolio." The designs will be available in gold and platinum. Jewelry designer and artist Caysie van Bebber has an innate gift when it comes to design. She is a trained artist with a depth of knowledge of design and architecture. Caysie's uncle is an accomplished GIA certified jeweler and goldsmith. He recognized her artistic talent and invited her to assist him on a design. The piece was so remarkable, he urged Caysie to design another piece.
