Chef Strong is well known for his modern French cuisine with California influences. Most recently, he was Chef de Cuisine at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa's Dining Room in Pasadena, Calif. Prior to that, he worked as Sous Chef for The Newport Room at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, where an emphasis on olive oil, fresh seafood and other Mediterranean foods led him to embrace the bold flavors and rustic style of Spanish cuisine, adding the refinement of French techniques.
